Delivery and Returns
We pride ourselves on giving you a first class experience.
Standard Delivery - UK only
We currently only ship to the UK and we do this using Royal Mail First and Second Class (your choice at checkout!). We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours from the time of the order (Mon-Thurs). We don't post on Saturdays and Sundays.
- First Class (Express) - Snap Bars, Mini Snap Bars, Paw Prints - starting from 1.99
- Second Class (Standard) - Snap Bars, Mini Snap Bars, Paw Prints - starting from £1.50
- First Class (Express) - Segment Pots, Hearts in Pots, Wax Burners, Starter Kits, Sample Boxes, Gift Sets - starting from £3.50
- Second Class (Standard) - Segment Pots, Hearts in Pots, Wax Burners, Starter Kits, Sample Boxes, Gift Sets - starting from £2.99
We also offer FREE delivery for all orders over £30
Standard Royal Mail Second Class Delivery usually takes 3-4 working days within England, Wales or Scotland, from date of dispatch. This isn't guaranteed and around Christmas and busy times it can take longer than this.
Express Royal Mail First Class Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days within England, Wales or Scotland, from date of dispatch. This isn't guaranteed and around Christmas and busy times it can take longer than this.
Angelic Scents holds no responsibility for items being lost or damaged in transit. Appropriate action will need to be taken with the carrier of goods if damage occurs.
We put a lot of love into producing a high quality product for you, but sometimes problems may occur!
We are happy to accept returns from you providing the following criteria is met:
- The product must be unused and still in the packaging that you received it.
- We do not offer returns on a product just because you don't like the smell of it. We have small sample type products for people to see if they like the aroma.
- Please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know there is a problem
- The item must be returned to us within 14 days
If we accidently shipped you the wrong order, let us know and we will rectify the situation asap.
If the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We cannot supply return shipping labels. We also strongly suggest that you ship via Royal Mail with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
Once we receive the return and confirm the product meets the above criteria we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase.
