Refund policy
We put a lot of love into producing a high quality product for you, but sometimes problems may occur!
We are happy to accept returns from you providing the following criteria is met:
- The product must be unused and still in the packaging that you received it.
- We do not offer returns on a product just because you don't like the smell of it. We have small sample type products for people to see if they like the aroma.
- Please email us first at angelicscentsuk@gmail.com to let us know there is a problem
- The item must be returned to us within 14 days
If we accidently shipped you the wrong order, let us know and we will rectify the situation asap.
If the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We cannot supply return shipping labels. We also strongly suggest that you ship via Royal Mail with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
Once we receive the return and confirm the product meets the above criteria we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase.

I’m usually reluctant to try perfume scents but I’m branching out a bit. I’m glad I did. There is a good strength of scent in this wax and it’s filling the room on one piece. And yes, it’s a good likeness of the scent it’s based on. I’ve got some Pear & Freesia to try next so looking forward to that now too!

Always fast delivery, beautifully packaged, Lovely fresh strong scents (but not overpowering) that last nicely.. I always get compliments on how my house smells when melting my waxes from angelic scents! Love a delivery day!

Lovely fragrance just like a certain brand of baby powder and my babies when I would bathe them and wrap them in a towel the fragrance scents the flat right the way through and it’s definitely my favourite wax melt.
The blueberry with a hint of vanilla is a great fragrance it’s nice and mellow but you can smell it in every room,i love it and hope it’s not discontinued as I would use it all year round.
I use Caring Freshness in my plug in warmer at work, it floats down the corridor and everybody loves it. Strong smelling with a luscious clean scent it’s definitely one of my faves.
A lovely mix of scents, some individual and some bars. As always they all smell divine and arrived beautifully wrapped.

Absolutely love this. I sprinkled some into the carpet, waited 5 minutes, then vacuumed. Everything smelled lovely and fresh, and lasted a good while too.
